MThree Renovation works hand in hand with your appointed architecture and local planning authority to deliver a house extension that enhances the true living space of your home. We pride ourselves on utilizing the most suitable materials for the job.

1. Introduction: When we meet you at your property, we will discuss your extension options and/or home improvement requirements.
2. Suitability: We will identify whether your space is suitable to extend and, if so, will carry out an initial survey and discuss the next steps.
3. Extension process: We will prepare a quotation for you to review and upon acceptance, will arrange a meeting with our Architect and determine the best extension design based on the property and your needs. The next step is to apply for Planning Permission (where necessary), Party Wall Agreements (where necessary) and Building Control. At MThree Renovation we will coordinate all the information required and once in place, will agree a date to commence your works. We will book a Prestart Meeting to introduce you to your Foreman and Project Manager, and schedule the scaffolding (where necessary) to be erected. Once done, materials will be ordered and the works started. Your Project Manager will visit your project every week/fortnight (depending on the stage of works) and keep you informed on the progress to ensure your extension is built exactly as you are expecting.
